Matrixial Knowledge ° Weiberwissenaustausch

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-2nKusn1x0&t=493s

Today I posted a brief outline of the last round in the secret Facebook group Matrixial Knowledge.
“Dear women, this was an enriching round, to which this time three knowing and inquiring, curious,
open and sometimes shy women came. Each contributed something, each weaves and cooperates
with the material that comes up and is brought into the light. After a short round of introductions,
Ulrike read from her book "Thank you for everything" - published in 2018 in Ullstein Verlag -
a chapter about her experience with the Tantric massage. The book is entertaining and illuminates the experience
of separation, the processing of which has led the author to new ways of being. We listened, sometimes
with a nod and sometimes astonished or with a gentle smile of recognition - and asked questions.
The following introduction by me was not just about sexual tantra, but showed a horizons from Indian
roots to neo-tantric practices, to the meaning and purpose of massage and Tantric rituals. We also
talked about orgasms - male and female - and why it makes sense for a man - and for the joint
experience of man and woman - to restrain his explosive orgasm and learn to have inner orgasms.
That reminds me which name I wanted to publish: Mantak Chia is the master who teaches this in many Youtube tutorials. I especially like this one here, but if you keep looking, you will also find the
practice of the male "Tao of Love", dubbed  sexual Kung Fu:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-2nKusn1x0&t=493s
Then we did a little breathing exercise - pranayama - and spoke about the experienc, about other
Tantric exercises, woman's seven orgasms, female ejaculation, and whole body orgasms. There is
much to discover, happy are those who get a hint timely and keep on exploring.
Tantra is the way of your own experience.

We meet again on June 28th, 13th and 26th in Berlin. If you want to participate, send me an e-mail:

Radical self reliance and poly anarchy ° jenseits der heteronormativen Matrix

http://kimchicuddles.com/ thank you for inspiratin after the fact!
for English, please go down!

xxxxxxxxxxxxx

What kind of animal are you - poly or mono?
How do you imagine your next love relationship?
What is your relationship with yourself?

Lately I meet more and more people who no longer want to define their relationship through the heteronormative matrix, but do not come out of claims and jealousy - either one's or one's partner's. They want more freedom, may fall in love with two people at the same time, or have an existing partnership, but get to know someone who allows them to be different.

What is the heteronormative matrix? The form of marriage, as it exists in patriarchy, in the West and introduced by the Church and State in the late Middle Ages for better control (of the labor force, offspring) and has been enforced to this day, by law and by promoting certain forms of monogamous and heterosexual relationships, in nuclear families if children are present.  The containment and denial of desires and feelings - both seen closely together - logically led to the concealment of extramarital affairs, both sexual and loving.  What has grown historically, can be and is changing.  I see all around people who want to live differently – not naming it as it is still very fluid, but it is mostly characterized as loving, sexpositive dispositif, respectitiving the earth and its resources - but also those who more or less clinging to the idea of a romantic partner for life. I am walking back and forth between these two poles, one is my imprint, the other my practice and my ideal.

Motherhood and sexuality - Die asexuelle Mutter?

For English, please scroll down

xxxxxxxx
Recently I sat in my currently favorite seminar on "nature and nurture" - the English have such a great way of putting complicated matters into a short formula - and one student brought up the subject of birth as an orgasmic experience, from the knowledge of a certain Maria Lopez, but I could not get any results when searching for her on the internet. But I stumbled upon other relevant pages. There is some evidence that not only pain but also pleasure can occur in birth provided the conditions are adequate. This was especially bugging the student next to me, a person clearly identifiable as a queer-lesbian. Pain is the only thing we should associate with childbirth, so I learned it, even as a child. When the first student insisted on the orgasmic potential, the second one said: Can not it be neutral at least? That in turn got me nuts. The most intense experience in the lives of all mothers (and many fathers) should be neutral? If you put sexuality in a tight box as belonging exclusively to the area between partners, then it may sound absurd. But sexuality, that's what I feel with and through my body, and "by coincidence", the baby comes through the passage with the highest potentiality in that respect. How can such an experience, in which the nerves are stimulated in the strongest possible way, be neutral?

Maybe wishful thinking on her part. Because she would probably choose neutral, given the choice between pain and neutral. But even that would not necessarily be my choice.
More on that later.
In any case, the birth - and that's how it is from my experience - can open up the possibilities of vaginal sensations. The birthing experience itself, in my case, was 16 hours of intense, painful labor, and about half an hour in the final stages, plus the two pushes (head, body) until the baby came out, maybe five minutes. There was nothing pleasurable about it, but after that I had more intense sexual sensations than ever before. In that sense, I believe that over time, had I born more children, I would have paid more attention to that, perhaps informing me and getting some expert advice on it. And that one can experience sexualized pain or as a means of trance, exaggerate as quasi religious pleasure, or just as a just attribute lust to punishment, testified by nearly all BDSM/Kink people, who consciously or unconsciously experience lust on this track.

Furthermore, the seminar discussed breastfeeding from the perspective of the woman. Again, opinions were controversial: most thought it was just painful and uncomfortable, but you know that sucking on the nipple does not just have a direct stimulating effect on the genitals, but also releases oxytocin of https: // en .wikipedia.org / wiki / Oxytocin has socially binding (mother-child attachment) and helps to normailze uterine tissues. Since the discussion was based on a text by Sarah Blaffer Hrdy on the likelihood of infanticide, the discussion took a different course (in short, under socially unfavorable conditions, mothers are able to kill their babies, but if they were able to breastfeed before, they were very unlikely to commit infanticide, even if the circumstances are bad).

The intricacies of polyamory and sex positive spaces ° Poly und Party

for English, please scroll down

Was heißt das ganz konkret?

xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I have been told that flirting is also in polyamory - the love of more than one person - between the sexes, the circumstances or their actors are unsettled. Men no longer want to play the role assigned to them, they feel guilty about being a perpetrator, they do not always want to be the one to take the initiative. A woman who gets up to actively approaching him, soon tends to fall back into her passive role: Now he should take the next step again. Then there is a kind of stalemate.
If love - as an expression of the autonomy of the individual, that is, a voluntary choice of affection - was first a precondition for the emancipation of women – because she did not marry out of economic necessity - , it has now become a constant source of unhappiness and an expression of the unequal power relations. The “pure relationship” also makes coupling more volatile. Which is completely different in matriarchy, because private marriage does not exist like that, there are only women as a center of the family tribe - economically and as the holder of the lineage - and men are their satellites. Thus one can think about what private property has done to our society, the society that is defined as partiarchal, late capitalism: this is my country, my money, my wife, my children. My car, my pool, my cuckoo.
If one has read this book by Illouz from 2012, she would actually have to cry out: I do not want to have anything to do with love anymore. I would like to throw in a belief, a speculation: if she takes the position she deserves, love and sex will be defined differently for her, without suffering.  The self-definition through so-called love – as being the partner of a man - poisons all relationships.  Where we join forces as sisters, mothers and daughters instead of undermining ourselves because we see ourselves as rivals in love struggle, society might be healed. Have sex, when and where and with whom you want, and do not put any labels on others or on yourself. Ethical slut or not ethical slut: we can hijack this label for ourselves and call ourselves “Sluts”, but others are not allowed to do so or only under certain conditions. That's why the book title:  “Schlampen mit Moral” for me is double-edged, because it sets a definition that is negatively occupied (even moral here has something negative, because a morality is also something to do with the duality of good and nasty, while the original American “The Ethical Slut” still holds the scepter or self-definition in hand).
Of course, one could also say that polyamory reflects a terrible bondage fear. Not committing yourself to a partner, because the choices have become too large. To equip oneself with a second and third partner, because then it is or feels safer.
Transparency, consensus, the responsibility for my and the well-being of the other (as far as I have influence on it) presupposes the honesty with itself, thus the necessity to communicate a little more than is absolutely necessary, this is already cultivated in circles of the Polyamoristen strongly. On the one hand there are the hedonists who really want to have more fun - which according to Lydia Lunch "Pleasure is the Ultimate Rebellion": that is also great, because those who through deliberate relationship management bring about change and eliminate dissatisfaction with existing conditions through their activism (of polyamory or relationship anarchy). Furthermore, sex-positive spaces can dissipate sexualized violence from a wide circle of society, at least with those who are able to attentend and verbally communicate in such fields.
What does that mean in concrete terms? Let's say you are in a club where sex is expressly allowed. In some rooms or areas of this club it is explicitly desired, but you come as a man only with a partner. In others it can happen that you are interacting with your partner and you are being touched by strange hands. Now the yellow traffic light should go on: you have to ask. In order to ask not verbally but with the hands or with the body, one has to slow down, so that the other one has time to react. If I do not like that, I should say clearly, “no, not now”, and the person should thank me for showing my boundaries clearly. The same touch at this moment may be undesirable, but just right a while later or from a different person. The acceptance as well as the giving of a clear “no” must be learned. We know this only as a rejection of our person – in a sexpositive space it is nothing like that.

To be continued.

Online Dating and what makes a man a man ° Wann ist ein Mann ein Mann?

For English, see below
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(mehr dazu in LOVE AND WAR: HOW MILITARISM SHAPES SEXUALITY AND ROMANCE von Tom Digby)

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Actually, I've already written everything about online dating, I wanted to say. I've been on the road for five years, catching up on lost time, if you want to put it that way. Young men were my hobby. Yes why not. If we were to live in matriarchy, it would be normal for a woman with a lot of experience to be valued more highly than one without. Men would like to be guided, seduced and cared for by a woman. I hear you call: Are these real men? Real men are like that: in extreme cases, they are warriors, in less extreme cases they have internalized the warrior's masculine bondage, are tough, do not have any feelings, cope with everything and are ready to protect women. The cavalier play is nothing but the other side of degrading women in relationships and on the street. Women must be weak, pretty and helpless. This behavior shows that you are a man. Because to be a real man, one must not be a woman. That's why the woman has to be like that, so that one can distinguish herself from her. (more in LOVE AND WAR: HOW MILITARISM SHAPES SEXUALITY AND ROMANCE by Tom Digby)When I read today about Christian Seidel and his book "Ich komme" (Heyne Verlag), new arguments were played to me that confirm the inability of men to talk about intimate feelings and sexuality. But are they really arguments? Or is it just a description? Where does all this come from? Were not the bourgeois suitors in the 18. Century and the lovers in courtly love all well able to express feelings in words, because they could not otherwise convince at the ladies of their hearts? Did we also contribute by not demanding this from them anymore? We - women - also think that male sexuality happens in the penis, that feelings are anathema and/or annoying to them. Take my friend B. - "I do not want a relationship" was about the first thing he said to me when we finally had a real date after weeks of sexting. Or was it before that, in the written-photographic stage of our "relationship"? In any case, I immediately agreed: no, I did not want a relationship, at least not a conventional, in which B follows A, and C means we’re moving in together. But what followed was a confusing game: as rarely happens on the first or second dates, we really were into each other, at least sexually. I was allowed to call him darling. And then he retreated into a two-week illness (which was quite real) with feverish dreams and incapacitated for work. Was this a psychosomatic illness, the result of broken "walls" that should be carefully maintained to support the mental balance of masculinity? Or just a retreat, as it is in the book, because feelings are indeed dangerous. I do not know until today. I think men too have feelings, and if they make fun of them, then especially. Only: I can not wait (and suffer from the lack of tender affection) until the other man decides to actively open up and trust enough to offer his feelings and talk about them. Must feel weird.Tonight I dreamed of children who had to look at a child mass grave. Similar to my own experience with my dead father, whom I did not want to see in my coffin when I was 12 years old, because I was afraid until my mother pushed me verbally by saying “it’s up to you”, and then I went, In my dream, I was struggling, but not the two (African) children, I was just watching them turn around the corner one after the other, and then come back shaking and with an expression of horror on their faces. Then I hugged them and repeated several times: "I'm sorry." I do not have an interpretation. It may be that the thought of male-led wars triggered it (yesterday in the seminar with the text of Digby) and the suffering of those men who can open themselves have opened a link to my inner child. Actually, my father was not like that. He wrote (among others) love poems. He could even put sexuality into words, metaphorically, in a poem to a lover. But still, I'm counting on men who deny that part. Correctly bent split-off men who have not made their way. There's still work to do, Betty. Get on the way.

WHAT WOMEN CAN DO FOR EACH OTHER ° WARUM FRAUENRUNDEN?

for English, see below
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I initiated a women's talking circle that meets every two weeks. We talk about love, men, relationship
and sex, all that we have become experts on, the woman's domain so to speak, in the best sociological
sense (Disclaimer: no, I do not think it's natural for her). I was asked why I started this circle, and it
occurred to me: because I want to give some impulses because I have a lot of experience and because
I want women to stop suffering from love.
I accomplish this through three things:
Once, by initiating self-reflection in the beginning with preparatory written questions.
Second, by conducting a conversation in which every woman can talk about herself and her experiences,
inviting her to get deeper into the heart of the problem, where the solutions come to mind.
Third, by telling many of the solutions I've found myself to break down prejudices, give impulses, and
create heureka experiences. Sometimes the listeners will have eye opening experiences, sometimes they are just
overwhelmed. One of my hobbies is to show how it is possible to have an active and fulfilling life as
a woman beyond your childbearing age. I show that many assumptions are just learned conventions.
I do not stand outside society - that's not possible - but I've used wit and creativity to loosen my tight
corset and conquer a few things that I myself did not think possible before. Communication about
sexuality in detail with our partner was never learned – that has to be a must, to say what you want
and what not without feeling that you reject your partner (and taking a no without feeling that you
are rejected). The boredom of the long-term relationship, the balance of power between two people,
one of whom always wants more sex than the other - all themes that belong on the wallet.
In short, issues that arise in conversation are treated as we sit together, and trust arises by opening
and revealing. Radical honesty, without judgment. All feelings are welcome. Borders are also welcome.
The learning curve is often steep.

In my mid-forties, I lived in a small town in southern Germany, a single parent with a demanding job.
Previously, I had spent seven years in London, everything was a bit easier. No idea what drove
me to give that up, probably the biggest wrong decision in my life. Only couples around me.
I was a social persona Non Grata, you could not invite me - a single woman would take away
the husband from another. In addition, I believed the myth that beyond the 40s it was more likely
to be hit by a nuclear bomb than to marry again. And I felt that the looks of the men on the street
were no longer interested in me. What I was told became reality. Or the reality had become so
different that I was looking for an explanation. I became very ill.

With the move to Berlin and my decision to never make money again at the expense of my life
as a painter, things got better and better, but it still took me a few years to realize that younger men
were interested in me. The first came to me out of the blue on Facebook.
Yes, I used to try elite partner or something similar before, but that was so dusty that I had to cough
when opening the platform. By the way, a woman from the conversation
yesterday said that she only met fakes there who had taken the picture of her younger brother.
For me, it was especially the patriarchal structures, the desire of the older alpha male
for a trophy wife. You applied as a woman to an "elite" guy, be it a car mechanic. And was taxed
on the qualities of the chick, of course, I always lost to the superchicks.
But then one day this lanky musician from Hamburg arrived, he wanted to exhibit his pictures in
my project space. And half a year later, a friend of mine recommended this dating site, where a lot
of left-wing, creative, and what not, I know, strange guys were bustling. 25% of all men find
older women attractive for. And then of course we talk about self-love, the prerequisite for being
happy in a relationship at all, but not only that: if I find happiness in myself, joy, contentment, then
I stop looking for someone who makes me happy.

Autonomy and Recognition ° Autonomie und Anerkennung

for English, see below
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Erstens: Ich habe nichts gegen exklusive Beziehungen.

Ohne Umsturz keine anderen Beziehungen?

"The structure of this self-blame has to do with how the prerogative
on autonomy is distributed in both genders. Because women’s self-
worth is the most closely tied to love, because they have been the
prime target of psychological advice, and because the use of psycho-
logical advice is an extension of their activity of monitoring them-
selves and their relationships, they are also the most likely to have
absorbed the structure of that advice, namely being left or simply
being single points back to a deficiency in the self that plots its own
defeat. I would suggest that the intensity of self-blame differs for men
and women – or, in other words, that the tension between recognition
and autonomy is managed culturally by the language of therapy,
which is differently inscribed in men and women’s positions and
relationships.
Doubt that leads to certainty might have been a male trope for a
male taking possession of himself, but the self-doubt I have described
is a female trope, pointing at a subjectivity caught in the tension
between autonomy and recognition and which lacks clear and strong
social anchors for the creation of self-value. This is apparent in one
of the most striking findings of my study that women, and only to a
much lesser degree men, often hold themselves responsible for their
romantic difficulties and failures."

First, I have nothing against exclusive relationships. For many, the heteronormative model is still the ideal they seek, or the automatism they fall into when they fall in love. They live it in a serial way, they only love one person at a time, and as long as they are with that person, they are not allowed to love anyone else either. Happiness stands and falls with the functions of this one "love". And that's good. What could be more fulfilling, gentler, more exciting and more auspicious than the mutual affirmation: I want you, I see in you my future, my counterpart, the father / mother of my children, I desire you. Without drama, however, it usually does not work out. And with every failure at the beginning, end or middle of such a romantic love, self-doubt gnaws us women. What is the alternative? There is nothing right in the wrong? Without overthrow no other relationships? This takes to much time for me. We have experienced that we can love several people - after a break-up at some point there was a new love. That it is possible, but at different times. Why should not it be possible at the same time? Also, at the same time, in the same room, but I was referring to the same period of my life, one day, meeting that person another day, this person, and giving both or all three a space in my heart, as I do with family members and friends too. Most women panic because they immediately imagine their lover doing this with other lovers. My point is to reverse the line of sight and ask: how would it be if I can have everything and nothing is lost? So from my perspective, approaching the multiple relationship does not mean striving to capture the person I've fallen in love with and “make” them my partner, but to enjoy being in love and, with care and consideration for the feelings of those involved, so to speak open eye and open end with these to maintain a contact that does not have a specific form of relationship to the goal. It also means not to think about who else my lover likes and loves. Although I'm interested in that and he can tell me calmly, I'm not asking if I'm going to lose something. It is nothing short of thinking of the matriarchal relationship, of putting myself in the center, woman-centered, not male-centered. This is the radical step that was so hard to do because of the lack of emotional autonomy because I did not feel complete as a "single," as described in the above-cited text by Eva Illouz. And now I'll tell you, where it says that matriarchy is all better and no one is oppressed, as some people - especially men, but also women - suppose, who say that it is only a reversal of the circumstances: Bertha Eckstein- Diener wrote it down in "Mothers and Amazons". I do not care if she has checked her facts - in essence, she refers to the great Bach oven, the Swiss matriarchal researcher, mythology and field research. Their language is flowery, their imaginative and radical views have something utopian, and their argument that female-led societies emanate not from rule and law, but from the well-being of all members convinced.

And now, back to Illouz:
„We may suggest that what was has been lost in the modern experience
of romantic suffering is the ontological security which derives from the
organization of courtship in a moral ecology of choice, commitment,
and ritual and from the embeddedness of self-value in the social fabric
of one’s community. The ontological insecurity that accompanies
romantic suffering is unequally distributed. Because the imperative
of autonomy trumps the imperative of recognition, women live
hyper-modernity in the mode of a very un-Cartesian self-doubt, with few
or no moral frameworks to organize certainty. That is, while a male
Cartesian self-doubt is one that ultimately leads to the assertion of
one’s position, knowledge, and sentiments in the world, the kind
of self-doubt that has been shaped by a therapeutic culture of autonomy
and self-love undermines the ontological ground of the self.
(Eva Illouz: Why love hurts, Cambridge, 2012)

That reminds me that I have to say something about slut-shaming. The moral fabric of our
community, at least the one I grew up in, implies that it is not right to engage in sexual intercourse
with many people, and eagerly ready the word slut for it. I come back to it and how it turned today
in the term "Ethical Slut" at least theoretically for good (sluts with morality is called the German
translation of the book by Dossie Easton and Janet Hardy).
See you tomorrow, Betty
